Martha Bell Frame

Martha Bell Frame, 70, of Mill Creek, passed away Saturday, June 15­, 2019, at Cherry Point Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Her memorial will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Munden Funeral Home.

Martha was happiest when she was on the water. Her passion for boating led her to getting her Captain’s License where she spent many hours enjoying our Crystal Coast. She will be remembered for her cowboy boots, unique laugh, and sense of humor. She left this earth with these final words, “I told y’all I was sick.”

She is survived by her daughters, Suzette Webb and husband Stephen of Newport and Lennie Jo Brower of Mill Creek; sister, Josephine Miranda and husband William of Newport; brother, Linzey Bell of Bear Creek, Elton Guy Bell of Broad Creek; and grandson, Noah Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Shields Frame Sr.; parents, Guy and Thelma Bell; and sisters, Thelma LaCroix and Francis Lilly; and brother, James Beaman.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Munden Funeral Home.
