Mark Kevin Lewis, 41, of Newport, died Monday, December 10, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Glenn Lewis of Inverness, FL; mother, Nancy Lewis of South Chesterfield, VA; four brothers, Donald Glenn Lewis of Hopewell, VA, Timothy Scott Lewis of Chester, VA, Howard Douglas Lewis of Hopewell, VA and Stephen Corey Lewis of Hopewell, VA; granddaughter, Kaiden Elizabeth Banks; grandson, Jonathan Karter Banks: and long time girlfriend Laura Collins of Newport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard King "Dick" Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House at ECU, 549 Moye Blvd, Greenville, NC 27834.
