Margaret "Peggy" (Orth) Zerfass

Margaret "Peggy" Zerfass, 64, of Cape Carteret, died Friday February 27, 2015 at her home.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Munden Funeral Home.
Peggy was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #9960. She was an active supporter of programs for veterans. Peggy and Jim traveled frequently and nine years ago moved to Carteret County to be near the beach. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Peggy was the practice administrator of a three office gastroenterology group.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Zerfass, whom she married on March 11, 1989; and brother, Tom Orth of Emerald Isle.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
