Margaret Sheppard

Margaret Sheppard, 70, of Newport, passed away Thursday, April 23­, 2020, at Carteret Health Care.

She is survived by her husband, David Sheppard Sr. of the home; daughter, Theresa Thomas and husband Matthew of Newport; son, Tony Coia of Myrtle Beach, SC; step son, David Sheppard Jr. of Sea Level; brother, Maurice Renaud Jr. and wife Patsy of Newport; and grandson, Anthony Coia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Theresa Renaud and Maurice Renaud Sr.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Carteret County Humane Society at P.O. Box 357, Newport, NC 28570.
