Lynn Adams Daves, 58, of Morehead City, died Saturday, May 4, 2013.
The family and church will conduct a memorial service at 1:00 pm Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Morehead City with Rev. Michael Frese and Rev. Joseph Franklin officiating.
Lynn graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1977, was a member of First United Methodist Church, and worked in Kitchen and Bath designs for which she won a national award in that field.
She enjoyed life and spending time with family and friends, and her dog, Patsy Cline. She loved to cook, entertain and dance.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Bob Daves of the home; sister, Denise Swain and husband Frank of Stuart, FL; nephew, Gray Swain of Wilmington; also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the RAAB Cancer Center, 302 Medical Park Ct, Morehead City, NC 28557.
