Louray S. Williams

Louray S. Williams, 94, of Beaufort, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019, at her home.

Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 5, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Beaufort with Rev. Ed Renfrow officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Salter and husband Terry of State Road; sons, Harold R. Suber of Greenville and Paul A. Suber and wife Ann of Cary; brother, Robert Scott of Florida; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Suber; second husband, Jack Williams; daughter, Leona Suber; parents, Paul and Ellie Scott; sister, Mary Chester; and brothers, Paul Scott, Jr. and Herschel Scott.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 5, 2019, at First Baptist Church of Beaufort.
