Louise (Foy) Baugus

Louise Foy Baugus, 88 , of Morehead City, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 4, 2011.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with her nephew Rev. Gary Foy officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
She was a loving mother. She was our strength, our refuge the very core of our family. We knew the meaning of true love because of her. She will be sorely missed but she is now with God and at peace with all her loved ones that preceded her.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda B, Mann and husband Michael of Newport and Pam B. Pair and husband Todd of Morehead City; two sons, Artie Baugus and wife Sharon of Newport and Michael Baugus and wife Brenda of Wilmington; brother, Louie Foy and wife Edna of Verona; seven grandchildren, Stephanie Clark, Megan Mann, Amy Mann, Will Baugus, Valerie Floyd, Jill Zimmer, and Gabriel Baugus, and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Blain Baugus and parents Cader and Gertrude Foy.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Gems Daycare Center, 1158 Hwy 24 Newport NC 28570.
