Lloyd Harrel Fulcher, 77, of Stacy, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016, at his home.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016, at 11:00 am, at Stacy Community Cemetery, with Pastor Jimmy Mercer officiating.
Lloyd loved his birthdays, Father’s day, and Christmas. He also loved to go camping, hunting, commercial fishing, and anything dealing with the water. After serving eleven years in the United States Coast Guard, Lloyd then began his job at Sunny Point Military Ocean Terminal in 1987 and retired in 2003.
He is survived by his wife of the home, Mary Fulcher; beloved pets, Amber, Sammy, and Tiger; daughters, Vicki Goodman and husband Leon, Sherri Davis and husband Tumpy, Monica Adams and husband Marti, and Becky Saunders and husband Darrel; son, Ralph “Gene” Treadway; sister, Pearl Cook and husband John; grandchildren, Marsha Block, Oliver Block Jr., Cortney Herron and husband Luis, Joshua Davis, Jeremy Davis and wife Olesya, Joy Smith and husband Talon, Travis Adams and wife Dana, Lilly Adams, Tracy Styron, Rebecca Styron, Christina Garner, DJ Saunders, and Kaitlin Treadway; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Micha, Mason, Chandler, Grayson, Ivey, Southerland, Grace, Gabriel, Jason, Harrison, Teddy, Jackson, and Chance; and Great great-grandchild, MJ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and “Sadie” Fulcher; wife, Retha Mae Fulcher; son, Terry Fulcher; as well as seven siblings.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at Davis Free Will Baptist Church from 6:00-8:00 pm.
