Lisa Marie Montgomery, 59, of Morehead City, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at Carolina East Medical Center.
The family will conduct a memorial service 11:00 am Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Emerald Isle Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Freddy Brasswell.
Lisa came to Carteret County from Maryland in 2013. She loved her family, the beach and animals. She had a talent for putting a smile on others’ face.
She is survived by her fiancé, Kevin Davis of Morehead City; daughter, Sara Meldon of Rockville, MD; mother, Wilma Thompson of Emerald Isle; sisters, Laura Berberian and husband Larry of Fairfax Station, VA, Leah Cecere and husband Jake of Laytonsville, MD; nieces and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Thompson.
The family will receive friends following the service at Emerald Isle Baptist Church.
