Linda Rae Randolph, 69, of Havelock, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Carolina East Medical Center.
Her service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the Havelock Tourist and Event Center, Room B, officiated by Elder Dayrel Epperson. Interment will be held at a later date at New Bern National Cemetery.
Linda was well known in the Havelock community where she worked with the Havelock Police Department from August 2000 until she retired in November of 2016. She obtained her Master’s Degree of Science in Psychology and was able to use that knowledge in her field of work. Linda was musically talented and enjoyed using that gift at Ambassador for Christ Church in Havelock where she was their organist.
She is survived by her son, Matthew Phillip Randolph of Jacksonville; mother, Mary C. Junot; sister, Laurie Junot of Hampstead; brother, Robert Alan Junot and wife Shirley of Sneads Ferry; uncle, George Junot of Avon, NY; niece, Shannon Batts; and nephews, Robert William Junot and Noah Junot.
She was preceded in death by father, Robert C. Junot and husband, Michael Turner.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019, at the Havelock Tourist and Event Center, Room B.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Linda’s memory to the American Heart Association at P.O. Box 744806, Atlanta, GA 30374.
