Linda Patalonis

Linda Patalonis, 68, of Newport, passed away Monday, October 22­, 2018, at her home.

Linda attended Bethlehem Methodist Church and was a member of the Senior Citizens AARP Group. She was a compassionate person who used her gifting in her profession as a critical care nurse for 29 years at Geisner Hospital in Plains Township, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Linda loved her animals, being by the ocean, singing karaoke and sitting on the porch looking at the scenery.

She is survived by her significant other, William Shovlin of the home; daughters, Lori Ann Lee of Cape Coral, FL and Jennifer Dolores Patalonis of Sweet Valley, PA; mother, Doloroes Prutzman of Sweet Valley, PA; brother, Wilbur Robert Prutzman of New York; and 2 grandchildren, Rose Olivia Lee of Cape Coral, FL and Chloe VanGorder of Sweet Valley, PA.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Prutzman.
