Lila Dale Lawrence

Lila Dale Lawrence, 70, of Beaufort, passed away Thursday, December 20­, 2018, at Carteret Health Care.

Her funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Debra Guthrie.

Lila loved being outside and working in her yard. She will be remembered as a great wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Boris Lawrence, of the home; daughter, Michelle Oh of Cary; sister, Phyllis Gillikin of Otway; brother, John Goodwin of Kinston, Charles Goodwin and wife Carolene, of Newport; and grandchildren, Keeley Oh and Oakley Oh.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Addie Beatrice Styron Goodwin; father, Perry Jones Goodwin, Sr.; sister, Lorretta Daniels; and brothers, Curtis Goodwin and Perry Goodwin, Jr.

Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home.
