Leroy "Frank" Franklin Jones Sr.

Leroy “Frank” Franklin Jones Sr., 77, of Beaufort, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at his daughter’s home in Morehead City.

The family will have a celebration of Mr. Jones’ life at a later date.

Leroy, or Frank as he was most fondly known, was born on December 23, 1943, in Wilmington, North Carolina, to the late Nathan and Grace Jones.

He is survived by his daughters, Tina Teague and husband Bobby of Newport and Pamela DiCandia and husband Nick of Morehead City; son, Leroy Jones Jr. and wife Wendy Beeman of Mocksville; sister, Brenda McCarthy; brothers, Danny Jones, Thomas Jones, and David Shrader; and grandchildren, Robert Teague, Ashley Teague, Lily DiCandia, and Brooke Brazie.
