Lema Willis (Willis) Straub

Lema Willis Straub, 86, of Harkers Island, died Monday, January 24, 2011 at Taylor Extended Care.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Paul Loftin, Rev. Clint Nelson and Anthony Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Vergie Mae Cemetery.
She is survived by three daughters, Trudy Hemminger and husband Larry and Terry Riggs and husband Robert all of Lancaster, SC, and Tina Willis Rodriguez and husband Buddy of Newport; son, Tony Willis and wife Sally of Marshallberg; two brothers, Donzalee Willis and wife Colleen of Harkers Island and Pete Willis of Morehead City; sister, Sophie Willis and husband Duncan of Smyrna; eleven grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ret. Staff Sgt., David W. Straub.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday at Munden Funeral Home.
