Lee Roy Mason, 48, of Newport, died Monday, August 15, 2011.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at New Beginnings Church with Rev. Peter Minks officiating.
He is survived by his wife Sara Mason of Newport ; step-daughter, Renee Hunt of Newport; mother, Jan Mason of Maple Hill; and three brothers, Howard Wesley Mason of Newport, David Mason of Maple Hill, and Richard French of Gloucester.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Howard Mason, Jr. and mother, Nancy Fay Miller .
