Kristen Kirkman Baker

Kristen Kirkman Baker, 42, of Beaufort, passed away Friday, October 15,2021 at Carteret Health Care.

Kristen was born on February 21,1979 in Craven County, NC. She was an amazing mother that lived her life for her children, and always put their needs before her own. She loved animals and would take any stray that needed a loving home. She was full of life, laughter, a smile that would brighten the room, and she lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed every day. She and her Mother, Linda shared an amazing and loving bond.

She is survived by her companion, Ray Courtney of the home; daughter, Addison Brooke Hill of the home; sons, Jacob Michael Coward of Dover, Isaac Michael Coward of Dover, and Landon Wayne Baker of Vanceboro; mother, Linda Raines of Vanceboro; sister, Stacy Drennen and husband Terry of New Bern; grandchild, Everleigh; aunt, Joy Gaskins of Vanceboro; and numerous cousins and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Wayne Kirkman.
