Kevan Marie Rhine

Kevan Marie Rhine, 57, of Morehead City, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at her home.

Kevan was born on May 8, 1967, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Raymond and Patricia Rhine. She enjoyed life to the fullest, she loved driving around in her car with the windows down, while her favorite songs played on repeat. Kevan had an unmatched love for dogs, who were not just her pets but her pride and joy. Her compassion and care for them showed just how kind she was.

The beach was Kevan’s haven, where she felt at peace and free. She loved making precious memories with her family, the moments she shared with them brought her the greatest happiness. Kevan will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who knew and loved her.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her daughter, Carrie Berardino of Havelock, NC; brother, Raymond Rhine of Arkansas; grandchildren, Kayla Berardino, Kyah Walker, John Walker, Nicholas Berardino, Jayden Goins, Peyton Heitezer, Nathan Lee Heitzer, Levi, Remy Goins; and great grandchild, Genevieve Walker.

In addition to her parents, Kevan was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Camille Goins; son, John Calvert Walker III; and son-in-law, Jeremy Goins.
