Kenneth "Kenny" Carroll, 58, of Newport died Thursday March 1, at his home.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Monday March 5, at Munden Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Taylor officiating.
He is survived by his wife Sarah Carroll of the home: a daughter Brenda Lee Carroll of New Bern, NC: a sister Sidney Welch of New Bern: brothers Gurman Carroll of Morehead City and William Thomas Carroll of Florida: half sister Helen Travis Carroll of Fuquay Springs, NC: two grandchildren Christan Carroll, and Berkley Carroll.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Jeanette Carroll, brothers Melvin T. Carroll and Carvin Carroll.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
