Kelly Charles Guthrie, 58, of Beaufort, went to his heavenly home, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at his home surrounded by family.
A funeral will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Harlowe United Methodist Church with Rev. Kelly Sorg, Pastor Nelson Hopkins, and Rev. Jim Tosto officiating. Interment will follow at Church Cemetery.
Kelly loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a mariner and commercial fisherman, he loved working on the water, and motocross racing.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy "Dotty" Hopkins Guthrie of the home; a daughter, Candi Davis and husband Nate of Leland; a son, Gabe Guthrie of Beaufort; his mother Joyce Norris Guthrie; a sister, Kimberly Guthrie; a brother, Toby Guthrie; and three grandchildren, Chase, Mallye, and Piper Davis.
He was preceded in death by his father, Toby Guthrie; and his aunt, Mary Guthrie Austin.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Friday at Munden Funeral Home.
