Kathy Edwards

Kathy Edwards, 66, of Morehead City, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Carteret Health Care.

The family will celebrate her life privately.

Kathy was born on May 21, 1954, in Carteret County, North Carolina, to the late William and Willie Willis. Kathy loved her family and cherished the time she spent with each of them. Watching the 700 Club was a daily activity that she always looked forward to as it was her true connection to the current events in our world. Horses were a huge part of Kathy’s life, she never turned down the opportunity to ride and always took excellent care of her horse.

She is survived by her sons, William Shane Edwards of Delco, NC, Daniel Edwards and Darrell Edwards, both of Morehead City; sister, Brenda Willis Lewis of Newport; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
