Kathigene Ball Reed, 52, of Portsmouth, VA passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017. She was a native of Morehead City, NC.
She is survived by a daughter, Emma K. Reed; a son, Patrick Q. Reed and wife Melissa, all of Portsmouth; their father, Thomas Reed of Norfolk; a brother, Howard Ball of Newport, NC; and one grandchild.
A private graveside service was held in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family received friends in the Chapel at Sturtevant Funeral Home in Portsmouth, VA on Monday, June 19, 2017
