Katherine "Kate" Roberts

Katherine “Kate” Roberts, 30, of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life Service to honor Kate’s life will be held privately by the family.

Kate was born on August 8, 1993, in Tarboro, North Carolina, to William and Debbie Pace. A true “Daddy’s girl”, Kate shared a deep and special bond with her father. Their connection was a source of joy for both.

Kate was a true animal lover who especially loved cats. Her compassion for her feline friends was boundless, and she spent countless hours caring for them.

She touched the lives of those around her with her genuine kindness, her smile, and her love for family and friends. Kate adored her girls, and her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Jeffery Britton of McAllister, OK; parents, William J. Pace Jr. and Debbie Pace of Atlantic Beach, NC; daughters, Brielle Elizabeth Roberts of McAllister, OK, Briez Victoria Roberts of McAllister, OK; brothers, William J. Pace III of Topeka, KS, Thomas W. Pace (Meagan Williams) of Newport, NC; nephew, Leland J. Pace; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
