Julius Vernon Taylor

Julius Vernon Taylor, 88, of Sea Level, died Tuesday July 17, 2012 at Taylor Extended Care.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Davis Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Murphy's Cemetery.
Julius served in the US Navy, and was stationed on the Biloxi during WWII in the Pacific. He retired from NC DOT, and Ferry division. He commerical fished throughout his life.
He is survived by two daughters Patsy Taylor of Beaufort, and Linda Fulcher of Beaufort: four grandchildren David Munden, Taylor Munden, Chris Stallings, and Pam Manning: six great grandchildren:and a sister Judy T. Salter.
He was preceded in death by his wife Cornelia Taylor.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
