Julian Vincent Bell

Julian Vincent Bell, 54, of Morehead City, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Pruitt Health Care in New Bern.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City with Rev. James Chadwick officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Morehead City next to his father and brother.
Julian served his country in the United States Coast Guard. He later became a commercial fisherman and a published writer of poetry and children’s short story books. A devoted Christian, he enjoyed reading his bible daily. He was a loving husband, son, and brother who truly will be missed.
Julian is survived by his mother, Geneva H. Bell of Morehead City; sister, Sherry Bell Barnes of Morehead City; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle Bell; father, James Maxton Bell Sr.; brother, James Maxton Bell Jr.; and sister, Donna Lynn Bell.
The family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.
