Judy Tew, 69 of Atlantic, died Tuesday October 25, at her home after a short battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family.
A memorial graveside service will be held Sunday October 30, 2011 at 3:00pm in the Baptist Chapel Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Dees officiating.
She grew up in Sampson County. She was a supervisor at Burlington Ind. and later in life became a CNA. Even after her working career she became a caregiver to anyone in the family who needed her.
She is survived by her daughter Felicia Johnson and husband Ben of the home: special friends Ringo, Blaze and Earl.
She was preceded in death by her parents Percy and Iruthie Tew.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Carteret County PO Drawer 1619 Morehead City, NC 28557.
