Judy Smith Taylor

Judy Smith Taylor, 75, of Salter Path, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City, with Reverend Richard Franklin officiating.

She attended Salter Path United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Taylor of the home; daughter, Melodie Taylor and Alan Hilbert, Jr. of Broad Creek; brother, Neal Smith and wife Lois of Swansboro; sister, Marlene Hyatt and husband Gene of Salter Path; grandchild, Andrea Traxler of Salter Path; great-grandchild, Paityn Davis of Salter Path. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Verdun and Elena “Sissy” Smith; and her sister, Carol McGuire.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
