Joyce Marie Smith, 72, of Morehead City, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Carteret Health Care.

A memorial service to honor Joyce’s life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 1st at St. Peters United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Karl A. Zorowski.
