Joyce Drake, 61, of Newport, passed away, Friday, February 14, 2014 at Carolina East Medical Center.
No services will be held at this time.
She was a special and loving person who never met a stranger, and was well loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her fiance' Johnathon Wise of the home; son, Anthony Drake; daughters Belinda Holmes of Burlington, and daughter, Benora Harrison of Burlington; five grandchildren, Anthony Drake, Jr, Shakemia Watts, Staarnise Drake, La Shana Brown and Leo Larry ; five great-grandchildren, Rainia, Josiah, Destiney, Lamirah and Lamyrah; and aunt, Benora Bell of Havelock.
