Joseph "Jay" Francis Cusick

Captain Joseph Francis "Jay" Cusick, 65, of Morehead City died Tuesday March 12, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at South Banks Community Church with Rev. Dennis Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Jay is survived by his wife Marti H. Cusick of the home: a step- daughter Stephanie Wallas of Newport: a step-grandson Dylan Wallas of Newport: step-son Victor Kukulinski of Houston, TX : three step grandchildren Taylor Kukulinski, Alyssa Kukulinski, and Kaitlyn Kukulinski: three sisters Roberta Mardirosian of Berkley, MA, Carol Ann Perry of New Hampshire, and Denise Favreau of Stoughton, MA: two brothers David Cusick of Weymouth, MA, and Bruce Cusick of Hull, MA: and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Cusick, his first wife Iva Cusick, and brother Brian Cusick.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Friday at Munden Funeral Home.
