Jonathan Koncir

Jonathan David Koncir, 29, of Hubert, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021.

A Celebration of his Life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Swansboro Moose Lodge.

Jonathan graduated from Swansboro High School in 2010. He worked as kitchen staff at several restaurants and construction work. He loved playing video games, gardening, and going to the beach, especially the Outer Banks. He enjoyed all aspects of soccer, including being a referee. He was Baptised at Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Bear Creek.

He is survived by his mother, Marsha Clements Koncir of Hubert; father, Michael Anthony Koncir; brothers, Richard French and wife Katrina of Hubert and Robert French and wife Julie of Pueblo, CO; and numerous aunts and uncles. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces who he dearly loved, Skyler, Ember and Lillian Rose.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Jonathan may be made to Swansboro Soccer Association, 1202 Hammock Beach Rd, Swansboro, NC 28584.
