John Richard Tedford

John R. Tedford, 93, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.
His memorial service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Cape Carteret, Presbyterian Church in officiated by Pastor Ben Burrows.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Tedford of the home; sons, Joel Tedford and wife, Lisa of Westford, MA, Eric Tedford and wife, Paula of Greensboro, NC; brothers, Gordon Tedford of Manchester, CT, Bruce Tedford and wife, Kaye of Northborough, MA, Allen Tedford and wife, Simone of Fort Mills, SC.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lillian Tedford; sisters, Shirley Larson and Elaine Weir; brother, Joseph Tedford.
Family will receive friends following the memorial service on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Cape Carteret, Presbyterian Church.
