John Musan Jr.

John Musan Jr., 75, formerly of New York, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Crystal Coast Hospice House.

John was born on August 22, 1947, in Saugerties, New York, to the late John and Clara Musan. He grew up in a loving family and it showed in everything he did. John was someone you could depend on and "he would give you the shirt off of his back." His spare time was spent playing cards, fixing cars, which he was quite good at, and spending quality time with his friends and family. John was always joking around, he was a "big jokester". His love and loyalty to his family were unmatched. John will be cherished as a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his daughters, Megan of Havelock, N.C, and Melissa of New York.; son, John of Havelock, N.C.; grandchildren, Trisha and Wyatt; niece, Marcy Stiner of Exeter, N.H.; nephew, Stephen C. Musan of Hubert, N.C.; aunt, Evelyn Chase of Saugerties, N.Y.; and uncle, Charlie DuBois of Saugerties.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; sister, Carolyn Musan; and brother, Stephen G. Musan.
