John Kiraly

John Kiraly, 91, of Havelock passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 at Carolina East Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Forest Oaks Mausoleum Chapel 908 Lake Rd. Havelock, NC 28532 with Military Honors.
John served in the U. S. Marine Corps during World War II, Korean and Vietnam War, and retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant after 30 years of service. He then worked for NARF for 13 years. He was very active in the youth sports program in the Havelock community.
He is survived by his wife, Kuniko Kiraly of the home; two daughters, Karen Yuki Barnett and husband Paul of Jacksonville, FL and Kathryn Kuniko Kiraly of Cary, NC; two sons, Kenneth John “Pete” Kiraly and wife Tammy of Havelock, NC and Keven Douglas “Max” Kiraly of Havelock, NC; three grandchildren, Jennifer and husband Vernon, Darren, and Jessica; one great grandchild, Noah John; and one sister, Julia Kiraly Shirey of Jupiter, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Kiraly.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, October 30, 2015 at Forest Oaks Mausoleum Chapel 908 Lake Rd. Havelock, NC 28532.
