John Disantis

John Disantis, 89, of Newport, passed away, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Carteret General Hospital.
Mr. Disantis was originally from Phoenixville, PA and he worked for John Wannamakers of Jenkintown, PA as a hairdresser for over 40 years.
He is survived by three nieces, Debbie Doolittle and husband Billy, Bridget Choyce and long time friend, Lynda Bach, and Geri Cheever and husband Jimmy all of Newport; two nephews, John Godri and wife Margie and Joe Godri and wife Judy all of Pennsylvania; long time friend, Miss Doris Pohl of Pennsylvania; also several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Desantis, brother, Richard Disantis, sister, Geraldine Godri, and a niece, Mary Lou Godri.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
