John “Jackie” Taylor Bridgers Sr., 69, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at home.
A memorial service will be at 5:00 pm, Monday, July 11, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City. The family will receive friends after the service.
Jackie is survived by daughters, Danielle Banks and husband Tony and Elicia Joy “EJ” Bridgers Anderson and husband Benny; sons, John Taylor Bridgers Jr. and wife Bobbi and Walter Todd Bridgers and wife Brenda; sister, Kay Bridgers Babcock and husband Dick; nephews, Josh Bridgers and Tom Beasley; nieces, Julia Babcock Hamilton and Laura Babcock Chapman; and grandchildren, Jacob, Savannah, Wyatt, Warren, Will, Avery and Harper Grace.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elouise Green Bridgers; parents, George and Louise Bridgers and brother, Tommy Bridgers.
