John Julian Bell, 68, of Morehead City, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at his home.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Munden Funeral Home with Bob Lowery officiating. Interment will follow at Bayview Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Dora Buck Bell of the home; one daughter, Lindy L. Wilson and husband Edward of Morehead City; one granddaughter, Tatiyana Wilson of Morehead City; five brothers, James Bell and Geneva of Newport, NC, Jerry Bell of Morehead City, NC, Martin Bell Jr. of Morehead City, NC, Paul Bell and wife Karen of Newport, NC, and David Bell and wife Louise of Morehead City, NC; one sister, Reba Green and husband Floyd of Newport, NC, also many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin L. Bell and Mary Bell; two sisters, Jacquelyn Whiddon and Nancy Willis.
The family would like to thank their friend Jeff Buck as well as the care givers of Carteret Community Hospice, who took care of John.
The family will welcome flowers.
The family will receive friends 6:00-7:00 pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home.
