Joan LaDare (Ray) McNamara

Joan McNamara, 82, of Newport, died Saturday, Febraury 7, 2015 at Snug Harbor.
A service will be held at a later date.
Joan was born and raised in Wake Forrest, and was married there on May 5, 1956 to Bob McNamara. She graduated from Bob Jones University, and retired from being a school teacher. She was a member of St. Egbert's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband Bob of the home; three daughters; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
