Jimmie Mitchell, 72, of Davis, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Davis Free Will Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Jimmy Mercer, with a visitation following.
He is survived by his sisters, Shirley Davis of Davis and Frances Waters and husband, Ronald, of Cape Carteret.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Lillian Mitchell and brothers, Sammy Mitchell and Thomas Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the charity of your choice.
