Jeremy Lewis, 32, of Mill Creek, NC died Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Carolina East Medical Center.
Services will be private.
He is survived by his son, Ethan Alykzander Lewis of Sanford; mother and step-father, Cindy and Wayne Renn of Grimesland; father, Gregory Lewis of Enterprise AL; sister, Patrica Randol and husband, Donald serving in Seoul, South Korea; niece, Heather Randol and nephew, Nicholes Randol; grandfather, Claude Hill of Newport; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends 6:00pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Reece's Chapel.
