Jennie Allison Epperly

Jennie Allison Epperly, 81, of Beaufort, NC passed away peacefully at Taylor Extended Care in Sea Level, NC early Saturday, December 29, 2012.
Jennie was born in Roanoke, VA to the late James Wesley Allison and Nona Belle Gillespie on February 12, 1931. She was a stay at home mother, raising three children in St. Albans, WV. She returned to school and earned a degree in Human Resources from West Virginia State College.
Surviving are daughters Sherry Chester and husband Alex of Tavares, FL and Terry Lindner and husband Chuck of Atlantic Beach, NC, and son Ray C. Epperly, Jr. and wife Marybeth of Fuquay-Varina, NC. She also is survived by four grandsons: Tray Epperly, III of Morrisville, NC, Grayson Chester of Sarasota, FL, and Chuckie and Kristopher Lindner of Atlantic Beach, NC.
The family would like to thank Carteret General Hospital's nursing staff and Hospitalists along with Taylor Extended Care for their professional help and kindness taking care of their mother.
Jennie will be cremated and a family service will be held at a later date.
