He was born on September 22, 1963 at Bergstrum AF Base, Austin, TX. He worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 30 years. He loved football, music, surfing, fishing, or anything that fulfilled his sense of adventure.

He is survived by his wife, Merlie, his two children, Samantha and Chuck, and his parents, Mike and Celia Glasgow.
