The family will celebrate his life privately. He will be laid to rest at Forest Oaks Memorial Gardens.

Jeffrey was born on May 13, 1969, in Buffalo, New York.

He is survived by his wife, Cherie Becker of the home; mother, Sandra Becker; father, Thomas Becker; daughter, Mekaila "Meka" Buesking; stepson, Roland “Jacob” Hinson; uncles, Mark Becker (Joann), David Becker (Tracie), and Conrad Hejmanowski (godfather); and cousins, Linda Hejmanowski, Sue Hejmanowski, Christopher (Tracy) Hejmanowski, David (Ashley) Hejmanowski, Andrew (Melisa) Becker, and Christopher Becker.
