Jeffery Baxter, Sr.

Jeffery Baxter,Sr., 72, of Atlantic, died Monday, August 26, 2013 at his home.
A graveside service will be held 4:00 pm Thursday at Atlantic Community Cemetery with Rev. Terry McInnis officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Baxter of the home; four daughters, Clara Baxter and husband Johnnie and Penny Baxter and husband Melvin Styron all of Atlantic, Sierra Baxter Robinette and husband Simon of Beaufort and Ashley Johnson and husband Donovan of Wilmington; son, J.B. Jr. of Atlantic; step-daughter, Daishia Dalton and husband Tony of Mobile, AL; brother, Dale Baxter of Bon Secour, AL; and six grandchildren, Allyson Baxter, Evan Baxter, Hunter Baxter, Sean Lovell, Edrian Coffin and Ethan Pettis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Erlene Baxter, granddaughter, Nicole Baxter, and a sister, Tammy Styron.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
