Jefferson Davis Pittman, 62, of Stacy, died Thursday, December18, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Stacy Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Ernest Laxton, Rev. Larry Pittman and Rev. George Gouge officiating. Interment will follow at Stacy Community Cemetery.
Jefferson is survived by three brothers David R. Pittman and wife Clara Jo of Stacy, William "Billy" A. Pittman and wife Janie of Stacy, and Eric A. Pittman and wife Vicki of Smyrna; a sister Janie Neal and husband Gary of Beaufort; two aunts Martha Hancock of Stacy, and Thelma Pittman of Davis; uncle Larry Pittman of Beaufort; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Mable Pittman.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at the Church.
