Jeanette R. Harrell

Jeanette R. Harrell, 76, of Newport, passed away Thursday, January 3­, 2019, at Alston Brook Rehabilitation in Lexington, NC.

A graveside service will be held at  11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Bayview Cemetery, officiated by Rev. John Thompson, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Dossett of Newport; son, Chris Harrell and wife Sandy of Germantown, MD, Alan Harrell and wife Ana of Byron, GA and Brian Harrell and wife Debbie of Newport; sister, Betty Horne of Pikeville; grandchildren, Shelli Bucci, Heather Harrell, Andy Harrell, John Harrell, Stephen Harrell, Alex Harrell, Megan Dossett and Laura Baggett; and 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Harrell.

Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Munden Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in Jeannette’s memory to Community Home Care of Hospice at 533 S. Fayetteville St., Asheboro, NC 27203.
