Janice "Jan" Robbins (Gray) Maxwell

Janice "Jan" Robbins Maxwell, 79, of Pine Knoll Shores died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday July 1, 2014 at Shepherd by the Sea Lutheran Church with Pastor Scott Berry officiating.
Jan was a member of Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church, and a manager and treasurer of Martha's Mission for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband Ronald D. Maxwell of Pine Knoll Shores; one daughter Heather Maxwell of Morehead City; two sons Paul Maxwell and wife Patricia of Morehead City and Col. (Ret) David Maxwell and wife Kong Su of Washington, DC; two sisters Nancy Dale of Smyrna, and Eleanor Millard of Boylston, MA; and four grandchildren Bryan Maxwell, Madison Maxwell, Karlie Maxwell, and Alisha Maxwell.
Family will receive friends following the service at the church.
