Janet "Jan" (Marschke) Peoples

Janet "Jan" Peoples, 82, of Cape Carteret, died Sunday, October 14, 2012 at her home.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, November 10th at Swansboro United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Ed Gunter officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip R. Peoples of the home; two daughters, Barbara E. Peoples and husband E. Sturgis Payne of Durham and Margie E. Peoples and husband D. Lindsay Henry of Wilmington; son, Robert P. Peoples and wife Carol of Greenville; four grandchildren, Isaac Peoples Payne of Durham, Maggie Peoples Payne of Durham and Vienna, Austria, Elizabeth Fei Henry and James Samuel Henry both of Wilmington; two brothers, Robert L. Marschke of Wilton, CT and Raymond Marschke and wife Dr. Cindy Marschke of Kingston, NY; also many nieces nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Marschke, six brothers, and four sisters.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
