Jane Holder, 67, of Sea Level, died Monday, December 28, 2009, at Snug Harbor.

Private services will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her son, Walker Holder and wife Kathy of Cumming, GA; sister, Ann Rice and husband Steve of Beaufort; mother, Juanita Simpson; grandchildren, Christina and Bridget Holder and a nephew, Cameron Rice and wife Ginger of Raleigh.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Harold R. Simpson.
