James J. Shea, 69, of Newport, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Davis officiating.
James was a loving husband, beloved daddy, and a caring grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Shea of Newport; two daughters Wendy A. Zagroski and husband Michael of Pawtucket, RI, and Brandy Tanguay and husband Michael of Lincoln, RI; two sisters Ann Marie Poli of Cumberland, RI, and Mary B. Woods of Fort St. Lucie, FL; one brother John E. Shea of St. Paul, MN; and four grandchildren Josh Zagroski, Jessica Zagroski, Gracin Tanguay, and Ella Shea Tanguay.
