He is survived by his wife of 44 years Luna Gilgo of the home: son James Thomas Gilgo Jr., of Hillsborrough: three grandchildren Paul Gilgo of Walkertown, NC, George Gilgo of Wilmington, NC, and Jack Gilgo of Arapahoe, NC: sisters Blanche Bissett of Newport, Jane Bragg of Florida, Billie Anderson of LaGrange, and Peggy Hutson of Greensboro.
